Practice Enhancement is organized in three components: Practice Assessment, Strengthening Patient Relations, and Creating Systems Around Excellence. I believe it is necessary to surround yourself with a group of dentists that are of like mind and are willing to work through the limits the traditional model has offered. My role as a facilitator is to help challenge the current thinking of dentists and the beliefs that contribute to scarcity or abundant living. |
